This does not indicate their expertise in a particular field or, even more important their ability to change. The fact that they have years of knowledge in one area can make one's resume shorter and not as impressive.

In terms of the type of customers my agency manages I'm not looking for "experience" according to how certain clients define it. I'm an industry-neutral person -- as you should be, too.
